This Lockdown has tested us all. COVID came to our homes, shook us all up.
I’ve had some horrid days, some okay days, some great days..
I just want you all to know- “it’s okay to feel blah sometimes, it’s okay to not feel okay”. I didn’t too. Even music wasn’t helpful.
I’ll share what all helped me :
1. Social work
2. Spending time with parents, sisters, one true friend & my puppy
3. I downloaded an app (Simple Habit) to help me with guided meditation. Can’t tell you how magically it’s helped me.
4. Cooking (this was only partly helpful)
5. Deep cleaning the house
6. Home workout (I started and stopped, couldn’t motivate myself much, but it felt fabulous)
7. Sleeping whenever I felt like it.
8. Watching a gripping webseries.
9. Not being on so
